How can I place my reservation?

For your convenience, our products can be reserved through our website sbpartyrentalsllc.com under the “BOOK NOW” option. A booking deposit is required to request and hold your reservation. You will receive an email from SB Party Rentals after requesting your reservation confirming your booking.  If you have any questions about booking, you can also contact us via email at Reservations@SBPartyRentalsLLC.com or by phone at (404) 445-8568.

What areas in Georgia does SB Party Rentals service?

We are currently servicing Atlanta, GA and surrounding metropolitan areas. We offer free delivery of products within 25 miles of zip code 30294. Anything outside of that will incur additional mileage rates.

What forms of payment are accepted?

In light of Covid-19, all payment methods will be contactless. We accept all major credit card carriers (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover) and CashApp as forms of payment.

What type of ground surfaces can you set-up on?

If possible, all inflatables and tents should be staked in the ground for safety. If staking is not possible, weights will be required in lieu of stakes. Set-up location and conditions are the responsibility of the customer and must be identified upon placing a rental reservation and cannot be modified once the driver has left the warehouse. 

What is the cancellation policy for rentals?

Cancellations

24 Hour Risk-Free Cancellation:

1. As part of our customer commitment, we offer a 24-hour risk-free cancellation policy which means that after you've placed your order, you have up to 24 hours to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. No fees. No questions. 100% of the payment refunded back to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation requests must be made by 11:59 p.m. the day after the order is placed. This means that if an order is placed on Monday, you have until 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday to cancel the order. Requests must be made over the phone to (404) 445-8568 or via email to Reservations@SBPartyRentals.com

3. For any cancellations made after the 24-hour period, NO REFUNDS will be offered but we will do our best to reschedule your reservation for another time.
